Nuiti Labs Ltd. (“Nuiti", “we”, or “us”) develops a set of solutions (“Solutions”) based on Natural User Interface technologies, such as Voice, Touch, and Gesture recognition, to improve interaction with the digital world.
Nuiti is committed to protecting the privacy of its users, and strives to provide a safe and secure user experience. This Statement sets forth the online data collection and usage policies and practices that apply to our Solutions. It does not apply to information we collect in any other fashion.
By using our Solutions, you explicitly accept, without limitation or qualification, of the collection, use and transfer of the personal information provided by you in the manner described in this Statement. Please read this Statement carefully as it affects your rights and liabilities under law. Information We Collect and Retain
In the course of using our Solutions, we automatically track certain information about your online activity. This information includes the URL that you just came from, which URL you go to next, what browser you are using, and your Internet Protocol (IP) address. Many applications automatically collect this information. In addition, we may decide to use cookies on certain part of our Solutions. Cookies can help us provide information which is targeted to your interests. Cookies are stored on your hard drive, not on our site. Most cookies are "session cookies," meaning that they are automatically deleted at the end of a session. Third Party Collectors of Information

Log Data
As you use our Services, whether as a member or a non-registered user just browsing (any of these, a “Nuiti User”), your computer and/or our servers automatically record information from your browser (“Log Data”). Log Data may include, but is not limited to, your computer's Internet Protocol address, browser type, web pages visited and our Solutions activity. We use this information to monitor and analyze use of the Solutions, to increase our Solutions functionality and user-friendliness, and to better tailor it to your needs. For example, some of this information is collected to track error, or that when you use our Solutions again, we will recognize and remember you to provide better performance and serve advertisements and other information appropriate to your interests.
Firesay Webcam for Facebook
Firesay Webcam for Facebook is one of our Solutions which controls your web camera using your voice. When you take a photo using it, your photo is automatically saved into a Facebook album on your profile. Your photos are not saved anywhere on our servers.
Security
The security of your information is important to us. If you enter sensitive personal identifying information, we transfer it in encrypted form and store it on secured machines. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, however, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we utilize commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
